What 10 years can do to your literary tastes. Finally downloaded The Sentinel season one after not seeing it in years, the show holds up great, and I'm loving the chance to enjoy it again. Almost like watching it for the first time it's been so long. And of course I HAD to go look up some of my favorite fan fiction from that time as well.

For instance, I printed out all these stories, http://www.squidge.org/megarouge/fanfic/ficpage.html and read them in my room at night. I remember them being the best things ever written. Now? Not so much.

Actually most of the fan fiction I read back then, that I thought was so awesome, kinda sucks. http://chaoscentral.freeservers.com/tsfanfic.html Best Mighty Ducks fan fiction ever, also didn't hold up.

And one of my favorite Highlander stories, one that I waited for years to get a sequel to, Rite of Fire by Andi P. I thought it was hilarious, and now? Sorta funny, but really out of character. Sylvia Volk on the other hand... Totally holds up<3 The Good Student is one of the best pieces of fan fiction I've ever read.
